The next generation of Amazon Lockers

Contract
As a product designer on the Amazon Lockers team, I led the design of core flows across customer pickup, returns, and delivery driver workflows. I collaborated with a team of product managers, software engineers, and hardware engineers to navigate constraints unique to physical products including screen limitations and hardware rollout timelines.
The existing experience was outdated and hadn't evolved with the hardware. I modernized the UI, established consistency across Locker generations, and designed edge case flows that the previous system didn't account for. On the driver side, I streamlined the delivery flow by removing redundant steps, reducing time spent per locker stop.
